TABLE OF CONTENTS



Introduction


The Account Page allows you to view all the information of an Account, including survey history, revenue information, and all comments. You can use the filter button in the top right corner to modify the date range which controls the data shown within the "Account Details" tab.



How to get to the Account Page


There are a number of ways to navigate to the Account Page. It is accessible anywhere you see the blue, hyperlinked clickable Account Name. Such places include: 



Page Description and Usage


Account Details Tab


Account Details 


This section shows vital information about the account, including account information and Segments.





Period Amount


This section shows how much revenue is associated with the account for the given time range. This requires a Revenue upload in order to show data. 


Last Activity


This section informs you how many days it has been since at least 1 contact from the Account has received or responded to a survey. 


NPS Trend


This section shows a monthly breakdown of how many surveys were delivered, how many responded to, and the NPS score month-by-month for the past 12 months. 




NPS Summary


This is the standard NPS Summary widget, filtered to the specific account.


Close the Loop Summary


This is the standard Close the Loop Summary widget, filtered to the specific account.


Drivers Loyalty


This is the standard Drivers Loyalty widget, filtered to the specific account.




Organization Chart


This section shows you the breakdown of NPS scores – as well as average score and response rate – by the "Job Level" of the survey recipients and respondents for the account. Question marks indicate non-responses. Else, the NPS score is contained within each circle, with each circle representing one response. The comment icon indicates that the respondent has alos left a comment. 



Comments


This is the standard (NPS) Comments widget, filtered to the specific account.




Touchpoints Overview


This section shows you key statistics from the account split out by survey Touchpoint, to help you understand the metrics for different parts of the customer journey for the specific account. These metrics are sourced from the standard NPS Table widget, filtered to the specific account.



Account Summary Tab


This tab is powered by "Gaugie AI", and is an add-on feature. Contact your implementation or strategic account manager, or reach out to support to learn more about getting it activated or trying it out.
