Introduction
The Contact Page allows you to view all the information of a contact, contact score history, survey history and all comments.
How to get to the Contact Page
1. Find a response from the contact by navigating to their Survey Record Page.
2. Click on the contact's name or user icon.
3. A side panel view comes with basic Contact information (Contact name, Account name, Email, Phone and Job level) and Response History showing the last 4 surveys and a possibility to See All.
4. Click on the Contact Page in the right panel to access the full page.
Page Description and Usage
Contact Details
This section shows vital information about the contact, including contact information, Division, and Segments.
Response History
This section allows to track trend of the NPS scores the contact has given.
All Responses
This section allows to see all NPS Scores, Followup requests, date and time of getting each response, as well as comments, along with the possibility to "View Details" which takes you to the corresponding full Survey Record Page view.
Sending History
This section allows you to track the surveys sent and delivered, among other statuses.
Unsubscribe and Bounce Management
This feature, accessible from the 3 vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the Contact Page allows users to remove a contact from the bounces or unsubscribes list or add the contact to the unsubscribes list, with immediate effect.
Additional notes:
- You can instantly identify if a contact is currently in the bounces or unsubscribes list from the visible warnings.
- You are able to add a contact's email or phone number to the unsubscribes list.
- You are able to remove a contact's email or phone number from the unsubscribes list.
- You are able to remove a contact's email from the bounces list.
