NPS Comments widget allows you to filter, add respondent details and sort to see the comments in order that meets your needs.
Adding the Widget
Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to Widget Type or searching for Widget Name
Additional Settings:
In the additional setting section, you have eight options:
- Show Translation allows you to choose to see translation of all the comments by default.
- Profanity Filter allows you to censor the most common profane words, replacing the word with [removed]. Note that currently we will only censor common English profane words - non-English profane words, typographical errors, creative wordings and euphemisms will not be censored..
- Show Non-comment Responses allows you to see responses without comments.
- Filter by loyalty allows you to see responses that have different loyalty background: Detractors, Passives, Promoters or combination of them.
- Hide Information Fields allows you to show or hide all the information apart from NPS score and the text of comments.
- Fields to display allows you to chose what fields you would like to be displayed or hidden.
- Order allows you to choose the order in which comments will be displayed: Newest first, Oldest first or Random.
- Page size allows you to choose how many comments will be displayed per page: 10, 25, 50 or 100.
