Segments Overview

 The Segments Overview report can be accessed navigating to Report Hub → By CustomerGauge → Segments Overview. This report provides you an overview of your segments NPS, Responses and Close the Loop data.


Like all By CustomerGauge reports, you cannot edit it, but you are able to copy the report and edit the copy as you please. To make a copy of the report, simply navigate to the Report Hub and under Actions click on the 3 dots and then Copy.


Although you may not edit the report, you are able to select other segments if you wish to do so. For that, open the report and then click on Filter and then under Grouping settings select the segment that you'd like to see.

This widget is used to show the NPS score.
