NPS Loyalty Spectrum widget provides a visualization on the distribution of responses for each score from 0 to 10 in a chosen time period or segment.

Widget notes:

  • Each column shows the amount of responses for that score.
  • You are able to click on each square to drill down on those responses.
  • With a single click you are able to export all drilled down data.
  • This widget is able to filter by drivers.

Adding the Widget

Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to NPS or searching for NPS Loyalty Spectrum.

Group by Settings:

Date: This setting will show each row as a date period.

Possible values: Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year.

Segment: Choose which segment is going to be the leftmost column. The segment chosen in this setting will be able to show all its valid records up to a maximum of 250 records per page.

Additional Settings (Grouped by Segment):

Page size: This controls how many rows are shown per page.
Possible values: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250.
