The Close the Loop Score widget gives you a quick view of your case statuses. You can setup the widget to display one of the following options


  • # Total Cases
  • # Open Cases
  • # Progress Cases
  • # Closed cases
  • # Followed-Up cases 
  • # KPI Follow-up
  • # KPI Closed



How to add the widget?


To add this widget to your Dashboard/Report go to Add Widget → Close the Loop data source →Close Loop Score








Widget Properties:



The widget loads by default with a 3 Width X 3 Height size. You can change it in the Widget properties of the Widget properties.  You can also choose the update the name of the widget to add more details - For example Total Cases Summary - USA




Date/Segment Filter Setting:

  • The widget comes with standard Date and Segment filter settings
  • In your Segment filters drop-down you will also be able to find the Loyalty option as a standard.
  • The widget allows "IS NOT" criteria in Segment filtering



Additional Setting:


  • KPI: Cases followed-up: This setting allows you to configure within how many hours someone has to have followed up on a case since the survey was completed (responded).
  • KPI: Cases closed: This setting allows you to configure within how many hours someone has to have closed a case since the survey was completed (responded).
  • NPS Loyalty: This setting allows you to filter on specific NPS loyalties. Surveys responses without the NPS score are currently not captured by this filter
  • Metric: Choose the Metric you want the widget to display from this list of options
