Data Transport

The Data Transport Report provides statistics on the uploading, sending, delivery and responses of survey records in your system. It is compatible with Email, SMS, Call, WhatsApp and Personal links data tracking, it's all the information you need from your survey campaigns in one report. You will find this report under Reports → By CustomerGauge in the menu.
For optimal results in the Data Transport Report, it only works by Creation Date.
If you are an Admin, you can copy this report and it will show up under the My Reports section. The report allows filtering and also provides data for Email, SMS, Call, WhatsApp and Personal links, individually or combined.

In the Data Transport Report a record will be included in all of the buckets that are applicable. For example if a recipient received a survey invite and clicked on the survey link, the record will be included in both survey invite and clicked buckets.
As the Non-Responses widget shows only record that haven't been answered, as soon as a person finishes responding to a survey, the record will be excluded from this widget.
