Feedback AI Assistant
CG’s ‘Feedback AI Assistant’ is designed to assist organizations with real-time analysis from unstructured customer feedback, drive action and monetize their customer experience improvement!
Monetized Topics and Sentiment Analysis with our Topic Value reporting view!
Ability for System Administrators to define which Topics the AI should detect, ensuring it aligns with your business needs.
Note: The Feedback AI Assistant runs only on NPS Comments Survey Widget and it requires the comment to be between 20 and 2,000 characters. This feature can not be used in combination with our older NLP-based Text & Sentiment Analytics.
Account Display Name We understand that for some organizations their customers can have the same name making it hard to report or act on. To help with this, CustomerGauge is introducing the Account Display name feature which will allow organizations to upload both the Unique Identifier and a Display Name for an Account.
If you're not ready to use this feature yet, don't worry! It won’t affect your system until you’re ready to start. The information would still be displayed by the value that is currently uploaded to your Account field until you are ready to use it.
Account Display Names can be viewed and used across the whole system; from Reporting, APIs, Webhooks, to Widget Exports—talk about versatility!
Coming Soon: A bulk import option will be added for System Administrators to help update your current Account References.
Survey Suite:
Matrix Group Survey widget: We’ve added a new Matrix Group Survey widget to the Survey Suite: This widget allows you to display multiple Rating Questions in an easy-to-answer Matrix view.
Conditional Thank You Text: The Custom Text Survey widgets with the conditional logic are now available on the Thank You Page. Perfect to use on your surveys where you can provide a tailored message to each loyalty.

System Admin: Manage Survey Records
Based on feedback from our users, we have made some big enhancements to the Manage Survey Records feature to give you more control over your in-platform data editing requirements. Some improvements include
Expanded Date Type Filters covering Order Date, Sent Date, and Survey Completed Date give you more control to find relevant survey records..
Easily Bulk Edit or Bulk Delete data up to 10,000 records at a time—double the previous limit!
Ability to manage your External Responses as part of the Bulk responses.
Finally, the older Transactional Files from 4.0 imports are now part of the File Drop-down.

Solved an issue where a report that is saved with a Global Division filter, when accessed by a Division-restricted user would cause the report not to be rendered.
Solved an issue where saved filter values would still appear in the drop-down.
Solved an issue where chart widgets could not be exported as PNG.
Survey Record Page
Solved an issue where tooltips weren’t displaying correctly.
Imports
Solved an issue where sometimes repeated Imports API calls could prevent the records to be processed.
System Admin: Manage Survey Records
Solved an issue where the Creation Date filter would not be applied anymore.

Account Display Name
