Topics Value widget provides a view on topics detected by the Feedback AI and the account value represented by the negative and positive sentiments. You can leverage this information to help you prioritize what to improve next.



Widget notes:

  • This widget is based only on Accounts that have both Revenue and Responses.
  • This widget has the global data access restriction option.
  • Important: Only topics detected by the Feedback AI Assistant are supported by this widget.







Adding the Widget


Add the widget to your report by clicking on +New Widget and navigating to Monetize or searching for Topics Value.






Additional Settings



Revenue date type: This field allows you to choose the year of the revenue to be researched. The options are Current Year, Previous Year and Selected Year.

Revenue Year (if Revenue type is Select Year): This field allows you to specify the year of the Revenue to be searched.


Order by

Positive Sentiment: Order the topics based on the total revenue from positive sentiments.

Negative Sentiment: Order the topics based on the total revenue from negative sentiments.


Order direction

DESC: High to low.

ASC: Low to high.


Page size

Allows you to control how many topics you'd like to view (maintaining the order from the settings above). Any topics that can't be displayed due to Limit will be combined under "Other Topics".

Possible values: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250.
