Where can I find Gaige Chat?
- Gaige Chat (if available in your system) can be found on the Menu under this Icon

What can the Chat help you with?
- Ask Chatbot "What can you help me with?" to see the possibilities!
- Gaige AI powered Chat is designed to assist you with information based on your data, best practises and platform knowledge.
- Try to be as specific as possible with your questions.
- If asking on the data - try include date ranges, segment info, chart info type required.
- And as always verify information as AI can make mistakes.
Who is this activated for?
- The feature is activated for all Admin and User roles (unless it has requested to be restricted to specific users).
- The Feature respects the data access restriction setup in your system.
Where is the AI capability hosted?
- The AI capability is hosted in the region of your system within our ecosystem.
- Looking for information on the Data privacy? Contact your Strategic Account Manager for the details.
How can I track my AI consumption?
- You can track your consumption by looking at the Interactions Numbers (at the corner of the Chat Text Box).
- The Interactions numbers are shared and tracked across Chat, Account Summaries and Follow-up recommendation.
- 1 Interaction= 1 Credit in your contract
