  • Ask Chatbot "What can you help me with?" to see the possibilities!
  • Gaige AI powered Chat is designed to assist you with information based on your data, best practises and platform knowledge.
  • Try to be as specific as possible with your questions. 
    • If asking on the data - try include date ranges, segment info, chart info type required.
  • And as always verify information as AI can make mistakes.


Who is this activated for?

  • The feature is activated for all Admin and User roles (unless it has requested to be restricted to specific users).
  • The Feature respects the data access restriction setup in your system.


Where is the AI capability hosted?

  • The AI capability is hosted in the region of your system within our ecosystem.
  • Looking for information on the Data privacy? Contact your Strategic Account Manager for the details.


How can I track my AI consumption?

  • You can track your consumption by looking at the Interactions Numbers (at the corner of the Chat Text Box).
  • The Interactions numbers are shared and tracked across Chat, Account Summaries and Follow-up recommendation. 
  • 1 Interaction= 1 Credit in your contract
