Where can I find Gaige Chat?
- Gaige Chat (if available in your system) can be found on the Menu under this Icon

What can the Chat help you with?
- Ask Chatbot "What can you help me with?" to see the possibilities!
- Gaige AI powered Chat is designed to assist you with information based on your data, best practises and platform knowledge.
- Try to be as specific as possible with your questions.
- If asking on the data - try include date ranges, segment info, chart info type required.
- And as always verify information as AI can make mistakes.
Who is this activated for?
- The feature is activated for all Admin and User roles (unless it has requested to be restricted to specific users).
- The Feature respects the data access restriction setup in your system.
Where is the AI capability hosted?
- The AI capability is hosted in the region of your system within our ecosystem.
- Looking for information on the Data privacy? Contact your Strategic Account Manager for the details.
How can I track my AI consumption?
- You can track your consumption by looking at the Interactions Numbers (at the corner of the Chat Text Box).
- The Interactions numbers are shared and tracked across Chat, Account Summaries and Follow-up recommendation.
- 1 Interaction= 1 Credit in your contract
How long do my Chats stay active for?
- You can continue to interact with the same chat as long as your latest message to that chat was within the past 10 minutes. After that, you will be prompted to create a new chat
- Previously-created chats are still visible and accessible, even after you can no longer ask new questions in the same chat
- You can still provide feedback (thumbs up/down) or copy text from expired chats
- Any historical chats will be auto-deleted once they reach 2 months in age (since their creation date).
- Be sure to copy any information you needed from the chat before that as well as provide any feedback on the AI response, if desired
- You can always open a new chat with Gaige and re-ask the questions if needed
