How does this affect my account?

While your current version is still functional, in 30 days some features you may rely on will become unavailable due to necessary technical updates. We've made this migration as seamless as possible, and our team is here to help every step of the way.

 

What will my price be after migration?
There is no cost to migrate your system from the Delivery Manager to the New Campaign and Survey Suite.

 

Why migrate and what should you expect? 
After collecting years of customer feedback, it was time to address all pain points by launching a new, powerful product. This version includes improvements such as intuitive email campaigns, multiple delivery vectors, 190+ language translation options, faster campaign launches, and more. 


How can I review or edit my Campaigns? 

Your campaigns are ready for review or can be created using the Platform Tours in our Academy environment.


In order to start using the campaigns, a few tweaks will need to be made to your upload method. If you are still on one of our older import methods (legacy manual imports / Salesforce 4.0 / 4.1 API / SFTP), you will need to update this to a newer feature.
