This Delivery Vector allows you to generate survey links that can be personally shared without sending an invitation email.

Feature notes:

  • Campaigns can only be modified by the Owner and System Admins.
  • Clicking on a campaign name opens a pop-up with all of the campaign's information.
  • Clicking on the pie chart under Stats opens the Data Transport Report for that specific campaign.

Import File Configuration and Upload File

1. Navigate to Data → Imports → Configurations.

2. Click on +New File Configuration.

3. In Configuration Details select Multi-Object in Data Type and type a name (eg. Personal Links).

4. Select the CSV Delimiter that you will have in your upload file.

5. Select all the fields that you will be uploading with your file.

7. Save the configuration.

Optional step: Download an example file of your configuration clicking on Actions (3 dots) and selecting Sample File.

When getting your file ready, make sure that it has personal-link (lowercase) as the value for the Delivery Vector column if you have not set a static value in your import configuration.

  • When uploading a file intended for Personal Links, make sure your file does not have a Campaign column. The file will not be processed if both fields are present.

1. Navigate to Data → Imports → Configurations → API Configurations.

2. Click on +New API Configuration or Edit an existing Multi-Object one.

3. In Configuration Details select Multi-Object in Data Type and type a name (eg. Personal Links).

6. Save the configuration.

When making your API request, make sure that it has personal-link as the value for the Delivery Vector parameter if you have not set a static value in your configuration. For information on how to send parameters in the Multi-Object API, visit this support page.

  • When making API requests intended for Personal Links, make sure your request does not have the Campaign parameter as well. The request will not be processed if both parameters are present.

How to Upload

Below is a quick video that walks you through how to upload the data for Personal Links.

For your convenience you can find all links in the Non-Responses widget located in the Data Transport Report when drilling down on successful records in imports screen.

You are also able to use the Non-Responses widget in any report, the Search feature for Non-Responses or our Non-Responses API.

Searching for specific campaigns is very straightforward, just type the campaign name that you're looking for and all matching campaigns across all pages will be returned shortly.

The search will look for exact matches within the Campaign Name, see the example below:

Search input: Support

Returned results: Support Links 1; PL-Support 01; Supporting Campaign.

Unsubscribes

Links are not generated for contacts that have been previously unsubscribed. When importing a file the system will check the Unsubscribes list and will not generate the links for these specific contacts.

If you wish to manage contacts in the unsubscribes list you can do so from the Unsubscribes & Bounces feature.
