This widget tracks key metrics like NPS, Response %, Follow up speed and others across all industries or specific sectors. To add this widget, click on New Widget > More > Miscellaneous and choose Benchmarks Percentile.
X Axis: Shows Percentile from the lowest 10th of the scores (10%), to the median of scores (50%), to the highest 10th (90%) of scores.
Y Axis: Shows value of selected Metric.
Benchmarks data has a fixed date range of the last two semesters. This data is updated every 6 months. |
Comparing Data
In order to understand how your indicators compare to others, you can add several other widgets to synergize with the Benchmarks Percentile.
In the following example we have a widget that provides information on your own Account Response % to check against the metric chosen in the benchmarks widget.

Widget Settings
Metrics to Display: Choose the Metric for the Y Axis, possible values are Account Response %, Detractor Follow Up %, Detractor Follow Up Speed, Email Bounce %, Email Delivery %, Email Open %, NPS, Response %, Survey Abandonment %, Survey Click %.
Industry: Choose Global to show data for all industries or specific sectors like Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Software / IT.
Region: Choose Global to show data for all regions or filter specific regions like APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NA. Be aware that Region filter may not be available for all industries.
Data Gathering
The data provided in the widgets are the results from the CustomerGauge B2B Accounts for the period. Only existing accounts that sent more than 100 survey invitations in the period are included in the benchmark.
