Background
Sometimes, you would like users who do not have access permissions to the Delivery Manager to be able to see what the surveys & emails that you send to your customers look like. In this case, we recommend creating a custom report with HTML widgets showing information about the surveys & emails along with preview links (for the surveys), visual previews (for the emails), and really any other textual information you'd like to display to your users.
Survey Preview
Step 1: Collect the survey preview URLs for any surveys you'd like users to see. You can get these from the "Delivery Manager" menu item (must be an Admin to access).
Step 2: Create a new custom report
Step 3: Add an HTML widget
Step 4 (optional): Add some information (text) about what this report/page will show (see example report below).
Step 5: Add another HTML widget (if you've already used the one from Step 2). Add hyperlinks to the survey preview URLs you retrieved in Step 1 to the text allowing the viewer to click the link to see the survey previews. (recommend setting them to open in a new window).

Email Preview
Step 1: Collect the email HTML for any emails you'd like users to see. You can get these from the "Delivery Manager" menu item (must be an Admin to access).
Step 2: Add an HTML widget for as many of the email template previews that you want to show on this page. Label the Widget Titles accordingly.
Step 3: Copy-paste the HTML you retrieved in Step 1 into the HTML widget after clicking the "source" button, and save.
