Close the Loop: Assigned Cases Table

The Assigned Cases widget shows a list of all cases assigned to all users, grouped by the status. The first row of this widget is always the cases that does not have an Assignee.

You can use this widget to track users and cases management.

Adding the Widget

Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to Widget Type or searching for Widget Name
