My Cases widget helps you see all the cases that are assigned to you, in which stage of closing the loop they are and how long it's been since the survey completion.
Adding the Widget
Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to Widget Type or searching for Widget Name
Additional Settings:
Target to Close (Hours): This setting allows you to configure within how many hours you would like to have your cases closed. Depending on how close your are to miss your target, the target will change the color.
The calculation works like this:
- When 40% or less of your target has passed the circle will be green
- Between 41% and 70%, the circle will be yellow
- After 71%, or only 30% of your target remaining, the circle will be red
