There are three places in CustomerGauge you need to manage your logos:

  • The email templates
  • The survey templates
  • The unsubscribe pages

Requirements:

The file you upload must be a .jpg/.jpeg or .png file

The file should be a size of 600 x 90 pixels

  1. To edit the logos in your email templates, please follow these steps, for each different email template you have in your system (or each template where you intend to change or update the logo)
    1. Go to Campaigns Delivery Manager and click “Edit” under the desired template

    2. Toggle to the “Primary Email” tab and right-click the existing logo. Then click “Image Properties”

    3. Select “browse server”
    4. Click “upload” to upload the new logo from your local computer and then double-click the new logo when it appears on the page. If the logo you want to use has already been uploaded, then simply double-click it from this page.

    5. Select “OK” and then follow the same steps over on the Reminder email, if applicable, and then click “Save”.

  2. When editing the survey templates, you have 2 choices. You can either:
    1. Change the logo for all survey pages (including unsubscribe pages) across all your survey/unsubscribe templates in the entire system. This only works if you are going to use the same logo everywhere. To do this:
      1. Go to Campaigns Delivery Manager and click “Edit” under the desired survey

      2. Select the “Configure all surveys” option at the top

      3. Select “Browse Server” and then follow the same steps outlined in sections 1d and 1e above. Don’t forget to click “Save” once you’re done!

    2. Change the logo individually on each survey page and each unsubscribe page. You’ll need to do it this way if you have different logos for different survey templates or unsubscribe pages.
      1. Go to Setup ➝ Delivery Manager and click “Edit” under the desired survey

      2. Open the first survey page in edit mode

      3. Find the “Survey Logo” module and click the “Browse Server” button. If it’s not there, you can add it by clicking the “Add a widget” dropdown at the top. Then follow the same steps outlined in sections 1d and 1e above. Don’t forget to click “Save” once you’re done!

      4. Open up any remaining survey pages and complete step iii. Again for each page.

  3. For editing the logos on the unsubscribe pages, the process is the same as described above for the survey templates. If you chose option 2a, then the unsubscribe pages should already have been updated with the new logo. You won’t need to take any further action. If you chose option 2b, then you’ll need to add the new logo to each unsubscribe page individually, following the same process as outlined for the survey in the steps for option 2b.
