After your customer answers the NPS question on the first page of your survey, you already know whether they are a Promoter, a Passive, or a Detractor. Using this information, you can decide whether or not to show certain questions or messages on the next survey page(s).


You can recognise Survey Builder widgets that support this functionality by the small customer icon at the top right of the widget. When you click on this icon, tick boxes appear allowing you to choose for which loyalty category or categories to display this question.

Please note: this feature will only work from the second page of the survey, assuming you have asked the NPS question on the first page!
