1 Important Change
Logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
Users logging in through SSO will be prompted to create a username before accessing CustomerGauge if they don’t have a username set up yet.
This is a quick, one-time step, only for users who did not have a username set up in CustomerGauge.
There will be no prompt for users who already have their username setup.
This new step does not grant users direct access to CustomerGauge if they were set up as 'SSO Only' users.
2 New Features
New Comments Reporting Widget
We’ve released a new version of the open Comments Reporting view, acting on many feedback points we’ve received over the past years.
Users can now combine any survey Score question (NPS, CES, CSAT, Rating) with any open-text question (NPS Comment, Additional Comment, or Single-Line Text). This gives reporting users more flexibility to have a complete view of the information relevant for the different touchpoints of their program.
This new version comes with Feedback AI Topics that will be displayed when the widget is configured to show the NPS Comment.
The Close-the-Loop Status is now displayed alongside the score, comment, and other key information needed to drive action.
The widget is compatible with the ‘Is not’ data filter, making it easier to segment data.

Exports - Non-Responses
Last release we introduced our new Exports functionality. This release, we’re enhancing this powerful new capability with Non-Responses. Users can now also export Non-Responses, along with Segment data and Custom data, up to 80,000 Non-Responses in a single file.
The NPS Drivers survey widget has got a visual upgrade, making it easier for respondents to understand there are Secondary Drivers underneath the Primary Drivers, avoiding accidental Primary selections.
Relationship AI
We've applied our learning and made adjustments to the AI prompt (“temperature” and “top_p”, for the AI-savvy reader) to ensure more consistent messaging, as well as additional steps to avoid AI hallucinations.

Reporting
Solved an issue in the Tags Summary where exporting Comments without Topics included responses without comments (which are not eligible to have Topics in the first place).
Solved an issue where Feedback AI Topics with the exact same value as Manual Tags were not displayed as expected on the Survey Record page.
Campaign Suite
Solved an issue where deleted Surveys would still appear as an option in Campaigns after deletion.
Survey Suite
Solved an issue where changing the Activation status of a new Survey, before saving, did not take effect.
System Settings
Solved an issue where the label input field was misaligned on smaller screens.
Navigation
Solved an issue where some links were ending up on broken links.
