Introduction
The In-application Export feature can be used to take data out of your system. You are able to download different kinds of Data based on your needs.
You can find the feature under Data ➝ Exports 5.0.
This feature is accessible to all users of the User Role and Admin Role.
Good to know
- All Export types:
- Make sure your applied filters reach at most 80k records.
- Data access restrictions apply - Only data accessible by the user.
- Close the Loop History:
- Each Close the Loop action (Assigning, Adding Notes, Updating Status) generates a line in the exported file, so a single Survey Record can have multiple lines.
- The timestamp for the actions follow the ISO 8601 standard. Example: 2025-03-17T06:33:39-03:00
New Export - Step by Step Export
To start a new Export action, click on the + New Export button.
Select the required option from the list and click Create.
Select the Date Type, Date Range and Segment Data Filters of your choice. This sections works similar to the report filters section.
The system provides information on the number of records and a sample preview of the data that will be exported.
Click Start Export. Your export action will now begin. You are able to download your file from the export list ection of the feature.
Export History - Download Exported File
You are able to download your data file from the list. Click on the Download button visible on the screen.
The files that can view in the list is user specific. Other users will not be able to access your list of exports. Your export files will stay available for 45 days before it is removed.
Data Types
1) Close the Loop History
This is the standard data that is exported from the Close the Loop History. Each action associated with a specific CG ID is listed as a separate row in the data file.

2) Non Responses
The Non Responses Export data covers the following areas. Each record associated with a specific CG ID is listed as a separate row in the data file.
- The Standard Data Fields
- Segment Data Fields
- Custom field info
- Survey Delivery Data (Email Sent Date etc)
Export File Details
- The file is CSV, with a "comma" or "semicolon" as CSV Delimiter. This is based on the user setting setup in the User Profile Section.
- The file can contain a maximum of 80,000 rows.
- A standard data fields that are exported. User is not able to select the list of columns to export.
Access Restriction
Data Access Restriction of the user applies. This will cause the exported file to only contain records that the user requesting
the export has access to.
