The Comments widget provides a view of a comment based on NPS Comment, Additional Comment or Single Line Text paired with CGID, Contact Name, Score, NPS Comment Translation, Response Date and Additional fields that can be freely chosen in the widget settings.



Widget Notes:

  • This widget has the global data access restriction option.
  • This widget allows you to select one comment to be displayed based on NPS Comment, Additional Comment or Single Line Text.
  • This widget allows you to select one score to be displayed based on NPS, CSAT, CES or Rating.
  • When the response does not have a score for the selected Score question, the score circle will display a user icon instead.
  • When the "!" mark is displayed with the score, it means the respondent has requested to be followed up with.




Adding the Widget


Add the widget to your report by clicking on New Widget and navigating to the Additional Questions bucket or searching for Comments.




Additional Settings:


Comment type: This setting controls the type of comment that will be displayed. In case of NPS the comment question will be chosen automatically, for other types it is required that you select a Comment question from the list.


Comment question: This setting lists all existing questions for the selected Comment type to be displayed on the widget, its mandatory to select one.


Show non-Comment: This setting causes responses that haven't left a comment to appear in the list as well.


Score type: This setting controls the type of score that will be displayed. In case of NPS the score question will be chosen automatically, for other types it is required that you select a Score question from the list.


Score question: This setting lists all existing questions for the selected Score type to be displayed on the widget, its mandatory to select one.


Fields to display: This setting specifies all the fields of additional data to be displayed on the widget view, the fields selected here will appear on the right side of the widget.


Order: This setting specifies the ordering of the comments on the table. Selecting Newest will show the most recent comments on the top of the list and selecting Oldest will list the oldest comments first.


Page size: This setting controls the amount of comments that are displayed per page.


Show translation: This setting enable the Translation column on the widget view, if a comment has a translation it will be displayed here.


Profanity filter: This setting will cause inappropriate words to be censored on the widget view.
