      Have access to all parameters supported by these APIs and also a cURL request example with all selected values.

  • New in Survey Record Page

    • Close the Loop AI Assistant: Empower the frontline heroes with our powerful AI engine that generates follow-up responses based on NPS Score, NPS Drivers and NPS Comment.

    • Delete Mapping: remove any of your Import Mappings with this new feature.

  • Survey Suite

    • The Questions tab now shows the number of Survey Suite Surveys each question is assigned to.

    • The Questions tab now shows the Question ID allowing users to more easily identify Questions.

  • Imports

    • The Mapping page UI has been updated to be consistent with our newest features.

  • Outgoing Webhooks

    • Content-type header for JSON Raw and JSON is now automatically added when sending a request if the webhook setting does not have it set.

  • Workflow Rules

    • The Workflow History now also shows the recipient in the Case Not Closed, New Bounce, and Lack of Response rule types.
