4 New Features

  • Usage Report

    • A reporting view has been added to track the usage of SMS. With this real- time reporting capability, administrators can track their SMS limits, consumption and credits remaining for all packages available in their contract. Click here for more information.


      • SMS by Package - track the amount of SMS sent by each package. For more information, visit the support article.


      • SMS by Country - track the amount of SMS sent and the average of SMS sent per record by each country. For more information, visit the support article.


  • Manual Tags

    • You are now able to merge Manual Tags, moving all occurrences of a selected tag to a destination tag. For more information, visit the support article.



3 Feature Improvements

  • APIs

    • GET Responses API has been improved to include the following information - Comment Translation, Additional Questions, Drivers, Tags, and Text Analytics Topics on requests.

  • Integrations - Connected Apps

    • As a security improvement, Client Secret is shown once when creating a new connection. The Client Secret should be saved in a safe location since it won’t be able to be retrieved in the system.

  • Imports - Configurations

    • You are now able to download sample files for each of your import configurations under the Actions menu in the configurations page.

  • Workflow

    • Solved an issue where the button in New Response alerts had the same color for both Action Types.

    • Solved an issue where the template was being reset to the default one when saving a New Response rule without a recipient.
