  • Choose new Widget Visualization

  • Visualization Management on System Admin

    • You can now control which visualizations are available for your users through our new Visualization Management.

  • Case not Closed Alert - Workflow Rules

    • The Case Not Closed Rule sends Account Managers and users an email alert informing them that the case is open (or in progress) for a number of hours based on rules for your organisation.

    • You can now export all your users in CustomerGauge! Great for tracking Access Restriction and login.

8 Feature Improvements

  • Workflow Rules

    • Now you can create a New Response rule without sending an alert. With this improvement you can open and auto-assign cases without notifying anyone.

    • You can now use merge tags (from your available segments) to assign a case. It’s even easier now to notify the relevant people!

  • Search

    • Non Response search results now show the Survey Link

  • General

    • Platform: Increase platform session length from 30 minutes to 8 hours

    • Report Settings: Removed group by selection from Report settings

    • UI: Updated filter cards header color to match our new design

  • Integrations: Microsoft Dynamics

    • We can now process up to 25,000 records per pull.

    • A modifiedon filter will be automatically added to your fetchXML Pull Query to prevent pulling records that haven’t changed since the last pull.


10 Feature Fixes

  • Workflow Rules

    • Fixed a typo and the filter settings in the default workflow rule of the New Response alert

    • Fixed an issue where an alert with Comment filter was not working properly

  • Surveys

    • Fixed an issue where Additional Question "NoScore" were not being recorded

    • Fixed an issue where surveys with skip logic were not getting submitted by users

    • Fixed an issue where the message: 'You have already completed this survey' was not appearing in the correct language

  • Reporting

    • Solved a pagination issue where the Additional Score Table had navigation disabled even when there were more records to show when grouped by segment.

  • Export

    • Solved an issue where the email notification, sent when the export file is ready to be downloaded, was being redirected to the old UI.

  • Unsubscribes & Bounces

    • Solved an issue where emails with abnormal characters were not being deleted

  • Salesforce - Native Integration

    • Failed push attempts now carry the proper date/time of when the failure occurred. This helps in identifying the failure after receiving a Failure Alert.

    • Fixed an issue that prevented users from being able to switch between Manual and Automated pulls.
