1 New Feature

  • CG Academy

    • The CustomerGauge Academy has now been made available to all CustomerGauge users. Users can now access and leverage a whole range of Platform training courses, CSM training guides, certification courses and more. Go to My Profile section on the Menu and click on CG Academy to get started!

9 Feature Improvements

  • User Manager

    • You can now Bulk Activate / Deactivate your users! Great for companies with a large number of users.

    • We have improved the user experience while editing your own user to make it easier to identify the fields that can or cannot be changed by the user

  • Workflow Rules

    • We now only show active users in the recipient list of the Workflow Rules

  • Outgoing Webhooks

    • Incoming Webhooks has been moved to the same UI as Outgoing Webhooks.

    • Webhook Diagnostics now display the date/time of the outgoing call.

    • Webhook Diagnostics received some UI improvements to make the Request Body and Response Body easier to read.

  • User Manager

    • We have removed “Follow Up Requested” as a filter option for Access Restriction in order to simplify the user setup process

  • Reporting

    • Non Response: You can now sort on most fields of the Non Response widget

    • NPS Table: We now support sorting by NPS on the NPS Table widgets




4 Feature Fixes

  • Surveys

    • Solved an issue where the Unsubscribe Page was not showing Next button on preview mode.

  • Reporting

    • Solved an issue where the Additional Score - Rating was showing the number of responses instead of the average score.

    • Solved an issue where the Non Responses drill down in the Responses Table widget, was not showing data.

  • Reviews

    • Solved an issue where some reviews were not being published.
