New in CG!!! [CGS-5741] - Scatter chart (NPS Metrics)

We’ve released the Scatter chart for NPS to allow users to report on any two NPS metrics. Here you can easily see how your segments relate to each other.

How to add: Go to the Report of your choice -> Add Widget Option -> NPS Data Source -> Scatter Chart -> Edit Widget -> Select the metrics you want to report on for the X-axis and Y-axis based on the available list shown.

New in CG!!! [CGS-5741] - New widget: Bubble chart (NPS Metrics)

We’ve released the Bubble chart for NPS to allow users to report on any three NPS metrics. Here you can easily see how your segments relate to each other.

How to add: Go to Report of your choice -> Add Widget Option -> NPS Data Source -> Bubble Chart -> Edit Widget -> Select the  metrics you want to report on for the X-axis, Y-axis and Bubble based on the available list shown.

New in CG!!! [CGS-5653][CGS-5753] - New widget: Delivery Details (Data Transport data source) - SMS

We've released the Delivery Details widget for SMS. This widget is ideal to identify reasons for bad data and sending failures.


You can Add this widget in your report by going to the Report of your choice -> Add Widget -> Data Transport Data Source - > Delivery Details Widget

[CGS-5762] - System Administration: Close-the-Loop Settings

System Administrators can now control how Close-the-loop behaves on the Customer Details Page.





User Experience Improvement: Close-the-loop actions now behave like a form

We've  heard you — no more accidental changes to the status or assignee! You  need to hit the Save button now before a change gets applied.





[CGS-5710] - Mandatory workflow comments

System Administrators can choose to make workflow comments mandatory when changing status, or changing assignee.


[CGS-5711] - Progressive transitions

System  Administrators can now choose to make status transition progressively;  from Open to In Progress to Closed, without jumping from Open directly  to Closed!


[CGS-5712] - Clock Controls

System  Administrators can now choose to display or hide the clock on the  Customer Details Page. They are also able to have the clock always  display the first Time to Follow-up!
