The NPS Comparison can be used for advanced data reporting, the widget gives you the ability to compare up to 5 different data points against one another in the same chart. All series are supported by their own date and survey filters, allowing you to freely apply any combination for comparisons.


Widget notes:

  • The series have their own global data access restriction option, only applying to the specified series.
  • The series have their own date and survey filters, only applying to the specified series.
  • Up to 5 series can be set up.
  • You are able to choose between column or line chart type for each series, enabling a visualization of column-only, line-only or both.

Adding the Widget

Add the widget to your report by clicking on New Widget and navigating to the NPS bucket or searching for NPS Comparison.




Series Settings


Series name: The series name will be shown on the widget view as the legend for the series, be descriptive in order to understand what the series is reporting easily.


Metric to display: This defines the default metric for the series to be based on, currently it supports the following metrics:

Responses, NPS, Comments, Promoters, Passive, Detractor, Non-Responses, Delivery.


Chart type: The chart type defines the visualization for that specific series, it can show the data as a column or a line.


Show Global data: This setting allows the series to disregard access restrictions and show all data to users that have access restrictions.


Date settings: In this section you are able to set up the date type and range that the series will report on. This setting supports all usual date settings and only applies to the specific series it is selected on.


Filter settings: In this section you are able to set up the survey filters that the series will report on. This setting supports all usual survey
