Responses Combo widget allows you to track trends over time or distributed across segments for key response metrics such as Delivered, Response, Non Response, Primary and Reminder Response. It allows you to view a single metric or a combination of two as a line and column visualization.





Widget notes:

  • Delivered: Number of invitations successfully delivered to customers.
  • Responses: Number of surveys answered. The rate is calculated dividing Number of Responses by Number of Delivered. The Response Rate includes all responses even No Scores.
  • You are able to filter in and out each metric by clicking on the legends in the bottom of the chart. The chart will be updated instantly to reflect the changes.
  • This widget has the data access restriction (show global data) option.
  • This widget has IS and IS NOT filter operators.




Adding the Widget


Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to Responses or searching for Responses Combo.




Group by Settings:



Date: This setting will display the data for each period chosen in Group dates by setting.
Possible values: Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year.

Segment: Choose the segment that is going to populate the data for the columns and lines.    




Additional Settings (Grouped by Date)



NPS Loyalty: Show only data for the selected loyalty.
Possible values: Detractors, Passives, Promoters. 


Column metrics: Choose the metrics that are going to be populated as columns. These metrics are absolute numbers.
Possible values: Clicked, Opened, Delivered, Non Responses, Responses, Primary Responses, Reminder Delivered, Reminder Responses.


Line metrics: Choose the metrics that are going to be populated as lines. These metrics are percentages.

Possible values: Clicked %, Opened %, Non Responses %, Responses %, Primary Responses %, Reminder Delivered %, Reminder Responses %.

Order direction: Select the direction of the ordering.
Possible values: DESC and ASC.

Page size: This controls how many records are shown per page.
Possible values: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250.



Metrics calculation:
