NPS Pivot Table widget allows the visualization of NPS and Responses metrics grouped by segments and pivoted by another segment.
Widget notes:
- When this widget's metric is set to Responses, you are able to drill down on the amount of responses and export all it's records.
- This widget is able to filter by drivers.
Adding the Widget
Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to NPS or searching for NPS Pivot Table.
Group By Settings:
There are 2 options to group by:
- Date: Choose which period is going to be the leftmost column: Day, Week, Month, Quarter or Year. The period chosen in this setting will be able to
show all its valid records. - Segment: Choose which segment is going to be the leftmost column. The segment chosen in this setting will be able to show all its valid records.
Additional Settings:
Column Segment: Choose a segment that the pivoted columns will be based on.
Columns: Choose up to 10 values based on Column Segment. Each value will be a column in the table.
Metric: Choose the metric which will populate the table.
Possible values: NPS or Responses.
Page size: Defines the amount of rows shown per page.
Possible values: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250.
