The Non Responses Report provides a list of records of customers that did not complete the survey. You will find it in the menu under Admin ➝ Non Responses. You will find all the usual filter options for date type, date range, and various advanced options like country, company or division.


The Non Responses Report shows a list of records of customers with email, order date, survey sent date, ID number that can be drilled down so that you can have more information and the Survey URL that provides the same survey link that was sent to your customer. Can also be exported and printed. If you are copying the survey link from this report, you should right-click the "Survey URL" and click "Copy link address". If you just copy the alphanumeric code (or export it), then you will need to build a concatenated survey link:

For US Customers: https://surveys.us.customergauge.com/index.php?rand=
followed by the alphanumeric code in the "Survey URL" column, directly after the "=" sign.

For EU Customers: https://surveys.eu.customergauge.com/index.php?rand=
followed by the alphanumeric code in the "Survey URL" column, directly after the "=" sign.

For AU Customers: https://surveys.au.customergauge.com/index.php?rand=
followed by the alphanumeric code in the "Survey URL" column, directly after the "=" sign. 



Attention: Please be careful with the Survey Link shown against the records. Completing the survey link will result in the survey being completed and the results being stored in the tool.
