Flexible per survey
Enable or disable Voice Interviews survey by survey.
Set intro instructions and choose from over 500 voice options per survey.
Select the topics Gaige should cover using AI instructions.
The Assigned Cases reporting widget and Close the Loop widget drill-downs now show the assignee’s full name consistently, so teams can identify owners quickly without guessing between emails or usernames.
Exports
More operational context in Widget Exports
Widget exports now include Delivery Vector and Status, helping teams segment outcomes and troubleshoot delivery patterns without extra manual work.
Privacy-friendly Export Mappings
In Responses Export Mappings, all fields except CG-ID are now optional; making it easier to share/export data while limiting personal information.

Reporting
Solved an issue where the Drivers Contribution widget would sometimes not show data.
Exports
Solved an issue where Exports could stay on processing status when exporting more than 250 questions. Additionally, we did some speed optimizations; exports should now be up to 96 times faster than before!
Solved an issue where field names in saved Export Mappings would show the export label instead of the system-configured field name.
Workflow Alerts
Solved an issue that caused the “Bounce Report” button in Bounce Alert emails to redirect to the wrong URL.
Scheduled Email Reports
Solved an issue that would cause in-application notifications to appear in the scheduled email reports.
Solved a rare issue where data corruption would prevent the email from being sent.
