2 New Features

  • New in ReportingView as Slideshow
    • Hands-Free Storytelling: This setting Auto-rotates through reporting widgets on a dashboard/report so users can run the information on loop during meetings or on big screens.
    • Perfect for Stand-Up & Exec Briefings: Add notes to turn any report into a visual narrative in seconds; ideal for quick status reviews.
    • Multi-Widget Slides: Combine several widgets per slide to show related KPIs side-by-side for richer context.
    • Keeps Attention on Insights: Smooth transitions focus viewers on what matters next—no manual clicks or tab-switching.
    • Zero Extra Setup: Choose a report, hit “View as Slideshow”, and you’re ready to present!
    • The Slideshow mode works right within the app for logged-in users—no downloads, links, or external tools needed.

  • New in Exports: Saved Filters
    • Saved Filters enable you to have re-usable sets of filters, and could already be used in REST APIs and Relationship AI. Now, Saved Filters can also be used in Close-the-Loop and Non-Responses exports!



9 Feature Improvements

  • Reporting

    • The Comments Table reporting widget now supports the ‘Page Size’ setting, enabling users to configure how many comments they want to display when opening the report.


  • Account Page


  • Relationship AI

    • Relationship AI is no longer restricted to be used by System Administrators; all users that have the permission to Create Reports can use Relationship AI to generate Account Summaries. Customers still have the option to restrict Relationship AI to a subset of users, instead of all users with the Create Report permission.


  • Campaign Suite

    • The "Hide on Mobile" and "Hide on Desktop" settings have been removed from the Scale and Button tools, ensuring that Survey Invitation Emails always contain a link to the survey.

    • We have added validation when trying to save Survey Invitation Email Templates to ensure the email template contains a survey link.


  • Survey Suite

    • A new setting has been added to Brandings that allows you to configure the text alignment on surveys: automatic, or centered.

    • A new setting has been added to Brandings that allows you to configure the survey container background color, enabling more flexibility to represent your Brand!

    • Made several improvements to the behavior of the newly introduced caret in the NPS Drivers survey widget.


  • Imports - Revenue

    • You can now upload revenue with the value ‘0’ to reset the revenue value of Accounts.



5 Feature Fixes

  • Feedback AI

    • Solved an issue where Topics were not classified correctly when the same Topic had different sentiments (for example, both positive and negative) in one comment on different occasions.


  • Reporting

    • Solved an issue where the Delivery Score and HTML reporting widget thumbnails were not displayed correctly.

    • Solved an issue where the Unique Accounts metric in Responses widgets only exported accounts that had revenue.


  • System Settings - Field Settings

    • Solved an issue where adding field validations for certain fields resulted in an error.


  • Interface

    • Solved an issue where some icons were not displayed with the correct color.
