[Exclusive Access] Relationship AI
Our latest innovation Relationship AI, empowers account teams with a quick summary on the health of the account. Looking at the history of the relationship with an individual account, it provides answers to questions such as ‘what went well?’, ‘what are the pain areas?’, and ‘what actions need to be taken?’. This capability is perfect for preparing customer conversations without having to dive into multiple reports to get that analysis.
Once activated in your system, head over to the Account Page of one of your Accounts, and navigate to the Account Summary tab, where you can generate a summary. After a couple of minutes, your summary will be ready.
Users with the permission to Create Reports will be able to Generate Summaries.
Customers that take part in the Customer Collaboration project for Relationship AI can have the first glance in their own platforms. Reach out to us if you are interested!

To continue expanding support for our global users of CustomerGauge, we have now added 13 new CustomerGauge system languages:
Bulgarian
Czech
Danish
Estonian
Finnish
Hungarian

Norwegian (Bokmål)

Data Imports
We have added a validation for the Latitude and Longitude fields. Now when importing data the system will check if the Latitude value is between -90.000000 and 90.000000, and Longitude value is between -180.000000 and 180.000000.

Reporting widgets
Solved an issue where the Drivers Table widget did not allow users to access its drilldown page.
Solved an issue where the NPS widgets did not present any data when drilling down on the Comments metric.
User Interface
Solved an issue where a few components were unaligned in several parts of the system.
