New - Loyalty Movement Widget - Contact View
Now Introducing Contact Loyalty Movement reporting - adding to the suite of reporting that helps track Account and Revenue change / improvement.
This powerful new Contact Loyalty Movement reporting capability now allows you to track loyalty movement by individual contact in addition to Accounts and Revenue.
It is designed to provide a more granular understanding of how each contact’s loyalty evolves across survey periods, helping you make informed decisions to strengthen customer relationships.
Manage Feedback AI Topics from the Survey Record Page
Customers leveraging our Feedback AI capability to analyze and categorize comments into Topics now have the power to update the Topics the AI might have identified to enhance the accuracy of Topics reporting.
On the Survey Record Page, you can “Manage Topics” by either changing, adding, or removing a Topic – including its sentiment – based on the comment that was provided.
This feature is available to all user types.
7 Feature Improvements
Duplication Rule
When the Global Duplication Rule is deactivated, it is now clearly indicated when editing Campaigns or importing a file, helping avoid unintentional duplicate survey invitations from being sent. It has also been made more visually clear for system admins when viewing the Global Duplication rule configuration page itself.
Single-Sign On
The Single Sign-On setup page has been redesigned for better usability and is now part of the Users functionality. Managing your organization's secure login setup has never been easier. Managing the setup of Single Sign-On is available to System Administrators only.
System Texts & Translations
Expanded translations for all supported system languages make the platform even more inclusive.
The Spanish translations in the Report Hub have been improved for greater clarity and consistency.
The "Close-the-Loop Summary" reporting widget is now fully translated across all system languages.
Tab labels in the Imports page have been pluralized to be consistent with the rest of the system.
Outgoing Webhooks
The Manual Trigger button located in Outgoing Webhooks History now prevents multiple clicks from sending multiple requests.

Users
Solved an issue where the export button displayed an incorrect file format. Exports now match the correct format, ensuring consistency and reducing confusion.
Salesforce Integration 5.0
Solved an issue where users were unable to proceed to the Activation step if the Failure Alert Recipients contained a user that was deactivated.
