2 New Features

  • Survey Suite: Fresh Visual Styles for Scale-Based Questions

    • Now introducing the Circle view in Visual Type in the NPS survey widget! This new look, alongside existing Rectangle, Stars, and Smileys options, works perfectly with email templates showing circular scales instead of rectangular ones.

    • Plus, CES, CSAT, and Rating survey widgets now offer three styles to choose from: Rectangle, Circle, and Stars, giving you even more flexibility in survey design.


  • Data Administration: Bulk Update Account References  

  • System Administrators can now update up to 50,000 account references at once! This bulk import feature simplifies updating Account Display Names, making it easy to keep information accurate.



5 Feature Improvements

  • Reporting

    • The Monetize 5.0 NPS Lifecycle widget has been refined to only include accounts with revenue, aligning it with the earlier Monetized NPS 4.0 widget.


  • Survey Suite

    • Campaign and Direct Link Surveys now let you customize the Page Title shown in browser tabs, adding a personalized touch to your surveys.


  • Unsubscribes & Bounces

    • Based on customer feedback, we brought back the ability to remove a record from the Unsubscribes & Bounces feature. This is particularly useful to manage data of which there are no Survey Records any more. You can also still manage Unsubscribes and Bounces from the Contact Page - best of both worlds!


  • Salesforce Integration 5.0

    • Customers in negative UTC time zones can now set data pulls to happen overnight, ensuring survey data pulls align with their business hours.


  • System Settings: Feedback AI Topics

    • Reporting Labels for Topics can now be up to 128 characters (increased from 50), perfect for multilingual and detailed labels in reports.



9 Feature Fixes

  • Reporting

    • Solved an issue where the values in the drop-downs appeared in random order; they now appear alphabetically once again.

    • Solved an issue where the Account Reference would be displayed in Filters, after saving the report, rather than the Account Display Name.

    • Solved several visual issues with the Monetize 5.0 NPS Lifecycle reporting widget in both regular reports, as well as Scheduled Email Reports.


  • Survey Suite

    • Solved an issue where the Buttons section appeared on the Thank You Page for Campaign Surveys and Direct Link Surveys, while editing the Survey.

    • Solved an issue where a ‘Missing translations’ warning showed for the Buttons, even when there were no translations missing.

    • Solved an issue in Pop-up Surveys where the close button would sometimes appear behind the header.


  • Salesforce Integration 5.0

    • Solved an issue where users were unable to save their Pull Query, if the query returned more than a million records.


  • User Manager

    • Solved an issue where the Division field appeared as empty when Division Hierarchy was turned off (this was only a visual issue and had no functional impact).


  • System Settings: Feedback AI Topics

    • Solved an issue where updating the Reporting Label would create a new Topic in reporting, rather than updating the label of the displayed Topics.
