Personal Dashboards
As your organization evolves, you might be looking to provide your users with an updated Landing Dashboard that meets their current needs for their daily operations. However having users rebuild that or copy it from a template can be a tedious task.
This new CG feature makes it easy for organizations looking to roll-out a new Landing Dashboard version for their users to use.
All User Roles now have the option to replace their existing personal dashboard by taking a new copy from the standard user’s role dashboard. Clickhereto follow how this can be achieved.
Survey Suite
Embedded CG survey in your Mobile App? The Pop-up Surveys now support the Close Event (cg_survey_closed); ideal to be used to close the webview when a survey is completed/closed. For more information on how you can use this option check the support page.
You are now able to see how many of the survey widget types you have added to your survey and the limit available.
Survey Record page
The survey questions now appear in the order the questions were presented in the survey.
Campaign Suite
We have made an improvement to remove the padding option from the Score scales in order to maintain a consistent layout across multiple web email readers and applications.
You are now able to preview the survey associated with the campaign directly from the Campaign Suite. Click on the name of the survey to get to this view.
Rest APIs
Rest APIs History page now shows the payload when expanding the request row.
GET Responses API now displays the type and score range of custom rating questions in the following format: "type": "score/rating-0-4"
Integrations
Connected Apps: Editing a Dynamics CRM domain field is now disabled. In order to use a different domain for your authentication, please create a new one.
Search
The Account Search Tab in the Search feature has been removed temporarily for improvements. There is no impact to the Response and Non Response Tab.

Survey Suite
Solved an issue where the Driver label shown while editing a survey had a promoter label in the driver configuration and a passive/detractor label on the edit page. Both places now show the promoter label.
Solved an issue where custom fields could not be updated using 4.1 APIs for Responses coming from Pop-up and Direct Link surveys.
Solved an issue where Radio, Checkbox and Select question translations were not being saved.
Report Widget
Solved an issue where the Loyalty Movement widget did not calculate periods correctly when using Manual Period Selection when multiple years were selected.
