Campaign Suite
New 1-10 Score Scale
A new scale ranging from scores 1 to 10 has been added to the email template builder and template style gallery. This scale can be used in combination with a survey question of the same score range to open the survey with the pre-selected score that was clicked in the invitation or reminder email.
8 Feature Improvements
Survey Suite
CSAT and Rating question score ranges have been changed to 1-10.
Languages are now ordered alphabetically in Survey Suite.
Improved style consistency of search bars and buttons.
Added a style option in Branding: unselected option color and unselected option text color. These control the colors of unselected items in a survey.
Translation
Improved several translations for Japanese.
Close-the-Loop On-the-Go has been translated and now is shown in the user’s system language.
Added several missing translations for Branding.
Imports
The “+ New Mapping” shortcut in the Configuration selection step in File Upload has been removed.

Solved an issue where the Question creation page would break when clicking on Return while creating Single Line Text.
Solved an issue where partially completed surveys displayed all available drivers instead of only drivers presented in the survey.
