Survey Suite
The Brandings tab has been extended with additional information.
Removed the pagination from the Surveys and Brandings tabs
You can now edit Thank You pages in a pop-up with multiple languages, similar to questions.
Account Aliases are now supported in Pop-up Survey parameters
Made several aesthetic changes to the Survey.
A default text is now displayed if a footer is not configured in a language.
Changed the 'Edit footer' action to ‘Translations’
New CES and Additional Comment questions now get created upon saving the survey, instead of creating a new question on-the-fly.
Imports
The Phone field is now limited to 30 characters. Records with more than 30 characters will fail when importing and can be easily diagnosed by checking the failed records in the Imports page.
Campaign Suite
SMS Recipients of SMS Campaigns messages can now unsubscribe by replying ‘STOP’.
Inactive Automated campaigns are now able to be deleted via the Actions button.
Unsubscribes & Bounces
Adding and deleting Unsubscribes and Bounces have been removed from the Unsubscribes & Bounces page - this functionality is available from the Contact Page instead.
Login & SSO
You are now taken to your account’s SSO Login URL when logging out
Widgets
All existing old versions of the NPS Bubble Chart widget have been updated to the new version (NPS Bubble) in all reports.
All existing old versions of the Additional Question Column widget have been updated to the new version (Choice Questions Column) in all reports.
All existing old versions of the Tags Scatter Chart widget have been updated to the new version (Tags Scatter) in all reports.

Survey Record Page
Solved an issue where records in the processing queue were shown in the Survey Record page as ‘Failed’ until it was added to the sending queue.
Survey Suite
Solved an issue where pressing Cancel did not undo any changes made to a widget.
The follow up question’s answer will no longer be recorded if the respondent changes their score to a score that causes the follow up question to be skipped.
Solved an issue where Survey owners were changing when editing the survey.
Solved an issue where not interacting in any way with the Additional Questions widget would not show it on the Survey Record page’s Survey Questions widget.
Solved an issue where uploading a background image or header image with the same name would not apply the newly uploaded image.

Solved an issue where double line breaks in SMS or WhatsApp Campaigns would add an unencoded space character between the lines.
Sending & Delivery
Solved an issue where time zones were not applied correctly causing a delay in sending.

Solved an issue where the Delete File feature in Survey Records would also list files that go to the Confirmation. Now it will only list processed files - the same files shown in the imports list.
