New Features

  • New Reporting Widgets

    • NPS Bubble Chart - This widget allows users to view three metrics across three dimensions for a specific Segment. 

      • Use this widget to easily see how the values of a segment are performing in relation to each other, identify outliers and density of key metrics for Segments. 

      • This widget comes with IS and IS NOT filter operators and the data access restriction feature (show global data).

    • Choice Questions Column - This widget provides a column view of the results of the single or multiple choice questions on your survey (Checkbox, Dropdown and Radio).

      • This widget is able to filter with IS and IS NOT filter operators

      • It has the ability to filter by drivers

      • It has the data access restriction feature (show global data)

      • It is able to drill down and export all of the data with up to 5 favorite segments.

  • WhatsApp Campaigns - BETA
