We are excited to announce the launch of our New Look, Menu and Search functionality built to improve our users experience of CustomerGauge.
As part of our Q4 2020 Product Experience Survey, a large portion of our users gave us feedback that they would like us “to make it easier to find functionality [Menu] and customer records [Search] inside of CustomerGauge.”
We have taken that feedback seriously and spent the last few months acting on it. As a result, we will be releasing a revamped Menu navigation designed in close collaboration with many of our customers. In addition to this, we are also improving the search process and functionality to make it easy to find customer responses and non-responses.
New Menu Navigation: We have streamlined the Menu Navigation and the Menu options that are provided to our users. Click here to take a closer look at the New Menu Sections and Subsections, Menu options that will be no longer supported and Browsers supported.
New Search: CustomerGauge’s new Advanced Search functionality allows you to search on both responses and non responses, use advanced search filters to find the required record and access the corresponding customer details page directly. Click here for more information on using the search.
Dashboard Tabs is changed to Favorite reports:
The very loved Dashboard Tabs functionality has been changed to the Favorite Reports functionality.
You can find your Favorite reports on the CustomerGauge Menu
All reports that were previously Tabs will now appear as Favorite reports
Coming Soon: Ability to add and remove Favourite reports
Package Overview is now called Usage:
Admin users can now view the platform consumption (#Users, #Contacts, #Surveys and #Reports) in the Usage Report. This screen was previously called Package Overview.
You can find it under My Profile -> Usage

System Alert Emails sent through AWS SES:
This release is part of our ongoing movement from SendGrid to Amazon Web Services SES (Simple Email Service) to harmonize and synchronize our tech stack. The first set of our system email alerts from our platform will now be routed through Amazon Web Services SES. Click here for details.
We have made an improvement to the new survey endpoint experience where a mandatory question not being selected by the survey respondent prevented one from going "back" in the survey. Note: The new survey endpoint has not yet been rolled out across all customers.
Added PKR (Pakistani rupee) to currency options
New Survey Endpoint:
Fixed a survey cache issue that occasionally results in NPS not being recorded for completed records that are completed more than 24 hours after being clicked
Fixed an issue where the password reset was not working on login page or from User Management
