Case Tracking Report
We have released a revamped version of the Case Tracking Report that helps program managers stay on top of following up with customers and closing the loop. This powerful new report comes fully loaded with the new Close the Loop widgets! Click here for more details.
New SSO
We have released a new, enhanced SSO offering from CustomerGauge that will work with any system that is SAML 2.0 compliant. This is an exciting new feature that helps make it seamless for your users to log in and not need to remember that extra set of credentials. For more information, please see here. As part of this, we also gave the SSO login buttons a new look:
Drivers Reporting
We increased the page size for the number of drivers that can be displayed in one view for Drivers Table widget. Now you can see up to 250 drivers per page.
Reporting
We have made an update to the User Interface for on-the-fly and general settings. The improvement is transparent for the user.
The naming of the NPS Engagement activity line has been changed to Response Engagement as a default. This activity line is created by default and populated automatically by CustomerGauge for all systems. This name cannot be changed by a user.
We have introduced a limit on the length of the Comment and Translation that is displayed on Close the Loop drill downs. This length is based on your screen size. If you would like to see the full comment and translation, please drill down the individual customer page.
We have made an improvement to the Data Source order and naming that is presented to the user when creating a report. You can find this at Report -> Add Widget -> Select an option.
Fixed an issue on the Close the Loop Summary Widget drill down which was not displaying the name of the assignee where a case had been assigned.
Made an improvement where bounces no longer update the response type.
Fixed an issue where the “is not” operator was not being applied on Close the Loop drill down information.
Fixed an issue where the #Delivered drill down was showing SMS sent records.
