This recipe illustrates, with examples, how to compact your campaign schedule and how secondary reminders can be utilized. An optimized campaign schedule will not only increase customer engagement but also help motivate your frontline.
Directions
Tighten up the campaign schedule
The pre-invite email to the primary invitation and reminder invitations should be compressed within 7 to 14 days. The shorter the duration of the preliminary invitations and reminders, the fresher they will remain in the recipients’ memory. Especially considering the speed of the industry, a shorter span of time for sending out a series of campaigns will increase the likelihood of higher open and response rates.
Changes can be made from the Sending Settings panel below.Campaign > Campaign Suite > Click the action button of the Campaign you want to configure > Sending panel (2nd step)

Options:- pre-invite email: On/Off
- Primary Invitations delay:Send immediately, 1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days
In addition, sending advance notices to a series of campaigns is an effective way to increase customer engagement. See this recipe for more information.
Utilizing Secondary Reminders
Reminders can be utilized to reduce the number of non-respondent due to timing conflicts or simply being forgotten. The Campaign Suite allows for both primary and secondary reminders. Secondary reminders are useful to further encourage customers to give feedback.
The setting procedure is the same as above and can be done from the Sending panel.
Campaign > Campaign Suite > Click the action button of the Campaign you want to configure > Sending panel (2nd step)

The number of days shown is the number of days since the primary invitation was sent (e.g., if the primary reminder is for 2 days and the secondary reminder is for 8 days, the second reminder will arrive 8 days after the primary invitation. That is, it arrives 6 days after the primary reminder.)
The set number of days can be defined freely. Taking into account the close-the-loop process, it would be desirable to set reminders to be sent early in the week, avoiding weekends and holidays.
Examples of specific operational procedures are as follows.
- Sending pre-invite on Monday

- Primary invitation delay: 1 day
- Primary reminder: 1 day after primary invitation
- Secondary reminder: 7 days after primary invitation
- Sending pre-invite on Friday

- Primary invitation delay: 3 days

- Secondary reminder: 8 days after primary invitation
