Introduction
By default no filters are applied and the Relationship AI will take the last 50 responses in the last 365 days. This feature can be used to apply filters to the Account data that will be used by the Relationship AI to analyze and generate the Account Summary.
To enable or create a filter, follow the step by step guides below.
How to Enable Filter
1. Navigate to Settings → System Admin → System Settings → Gaugie AI → Relationship AI Filters
2. In the Select Filters dropdown, select the Saved Filter you want to apply to Relationship AI. Saved Filters can be used across various features, and are managed by Admin users in the Saved Filters feature.
3. After selecting a filter it will automatically save.
Note: In case you'd like to remove the applied filter, simply click on the x icon on the right side of the dropdown.
