Introduction

By default no filters are applied and the Relationship AI will take the last 50 responses in the last 365 days. This feature can be used to apply filters to the Account data that will be used by the Relationship AI to analyze and generate the Account Summary.

To enable or create a filter, follow the step by step guides below.




How to Enable Filter

1. Navigate to Settings → System Admin → System Settings → Gaugie AI → Relationship AI Filters


2. In the Select Filters dropdown, select the filter you want to apply to Relationship AI.


3. After selecting a filter it will automatically save.


Note: In case you'd like to remove the applied filter, simply click on the x icon on the right side of the dropdown.




Create or Edit Filter

The Saved Filters feature allows you to create and manage filters that you can easily apply to the Relationship AI  and Survey Records Rest APIs. You can access this feature navigating to Settings → Saved Filters or by clicking on Manage Saved Filters in the Relationship AI Filters feature located in System Admin.


Note: This feature can only be accessed by Admin users.




Adding New Filter


1. Navigate to Settings → Saved Filters or click on Manage Saved Filters in the Relationship AI Filters feature in System Admin.


2. Click on +New Filter button.


3. Type a descriptive name for your filter.


4. Click on +Add Filter and choose your desired survey filters.


5. Click on Save.




Editing Filters


1. Navigate to Settings → Saved Filters or click on Manage Saved Filters in the Relationship AI Filters feature in System Admin.


2. Click on under Actions and then Edit.


3. Make all the changes you would like to and click on Save.


IMPORTANT: When editing a filter, the filter reference will not change. Please, be aware that the filter changes are applied instantly to all API calls and the Relationship AI using the updated filters.
