Driver Value widget allows you to see your Drivers of Satisfaction and Drivers of Improvement with the financial numbers ($) back-to-back.
The Drivers of Improvement effectively show you how much money your detractors represent, and will help you prioritize what to improve next. The Drivers of Satisfaction, on the other hand, show you how much money your promoters represent.
Widget notes:
- This widget is based only on Accounts that have both Revenue and Responses.
- This widget has the global data access restriction option.
Adding the Widget
Add the widget to your report by clicking on +New Widget and navigating to Monetize or searching for Driver Value.
Additional Settings
Revenue date type: This field allows you to choose the year of the revenue to be researched. The options are Current Year, Previous Year and Selected Year.
Revenue Year (if Revenue type is Select Year): This field allows you to specify the year of the Revenue to be searched.
Drivers to display
Only primary drivers: the widget will only show the primary drivers (Level 1).
Only Secondary Drivers: the widget will only show the secondary drivers (Level 2).
Order by
Total Revenue: Order the data based on the total revenue.
Promoter Revenue: Order the data based on the total revenue from promoters.
Passive & Detractor Revenue: Order the data based on the total revenue from passives and detractors.
Order direction
Descending: High to low.
Ascending: Low to high.
Page size
Allows you to control how many drivers you'd like to view (maintaining the order from the settings above). Any drivers that can't be displayed due to Limit will be combined under "Other Drivers".
Possible values: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250.
