Invalid Configuration

If you receive an Invalid Configuration error when clicking the SSO Login button on the CustomerGauge Login page, this is likely to do with an outdated metadata file. When in CustomerGauge, access the Single Sign-On settings, and review the Metadata file. We recommend using a direct link to the metadata file, opposed to uploading a metadata file, so that you always have the latest version.

Additionally, please review whether the user attributes (primarily Email) is mapped correctly.
