The Touchpoints feature provides an overview of the Touchpoints in your system.

You can find this feature navigating to Settings > Data Admin > Touchpoints. It's available for all Admins and provides functions to add or edit Touchpoints.


Add Touchpoint: Allows users to create a new Touchpoint value.

Touchpoint: The list of touchpoints that already exists in the system.

Actions: Shows a list of possible actions.

  • Edit: Edit a Touchpoint value, updating all its occurrences to the new value.

Note: This feature works based on the 'Touchpoint' (also known as 'NPS Format') field. If your touchpoints are stored in a segment such as 'Segment C', this feature won't work on your system.
