This article shows an example of the reporting widgets available for Text Analytics in your CustomerGauge Report Hub

Text Analytics Overview


Since it's best practice to read every comment, it's a good idea to have the latest Comments in a Text Analytics report.

Where to find the widget?
Data source: NPS
Visual: Comments


What settings got configured?

General Settings

Widget name: Latest Comments
Width: 6 blocks

Height: 6 blocks

If you'd like to know how many of your comments get labeled with a Topic, you can get a quick overview using this widget.

Widget specific settings
Select Data type: Topics
To quickly see how topics are distributed over your NPS loyalty and Frequency, you can add a scatter chart.

Widget width: 3 blocks

Widget specific settings
Select Data type: Topics

To get a quick overview of how your respondents feel regarding certain topics, you can add the Sentiment Breakdown.

What settings got configured?
None! The displayed widget is as it comes out of the box!
To get a cohesive picture of all the data in this report, we finish off with a table displaying all the stats in one cohesive widget.

Metrics to display: 

  • Frequency
  • Promoter
  • Passive
  • Detractor
  • Positive Sentiment
  • Negative Sentiment
  • Mixed Sentiment
  • Neutral Sentiment

Pro Tips!

  • Object Level: All the above widgets are based on survey respondents (individuals). If you are looking for Account Level information - You will need to use the Segment filter to filter the information for that Account or combination of accounts. 
  • Filtering: The above widgets can be filtered using the Date Ranges and Segment Filters
  • Data Access Restriction is applied on all of the widgets if that is turned on in your system



Where to find Text Analytics?

When building out your Text Analytics, you would want to have a look at the Tags Data Source. In the Tags data source each of these widgets is equipped to report on both Manual Tags (Added by Users) and Text Analytics' Topics as well. Make sure you select the data type as "Topics" for Text Analytics!
