Gaige Chat Prompt Composer
Looking for some extra inspiration on how you can interact with Gaige Chat? With the new Prompt Composer, Gaige Chat now helps users construct a clear, editable prompt through a guided composer in order to meet their analytical needs. Choose what they want to analyze, define time periods and filters, and select the response style, and see your recommended prompt materialize, with the option to place it directly into the chat message bar! You can still make further manual edits to the prompt before hitting “enter” and sending it to Gaige.
Try it out today by clicking the “Help me write a prompt” button beneath the message bar:

Signal Intelligence
Several enhancements have been made to our Signal Intelligence Agent:
Reasoning is now visible
Signal Intelligence now displays the reasoning behind synthesized survey records directly from the Survey Record Page, adding useful context to AI-generated Signals, while preserving access to the original source content as well.
The “Source Content” is now named “View Additional Information”, and contains tabs to toggle between Reasoning and Source Content in a dedicated sidebar.
Review reasoning by individual output-structure questions, using familiar reporting labels.
Reasoning is available for Signal responses created through both Imports and the Gaige menu “New Signal” flow.
Signal file uploads format expansion
Signal now accepts WebVTT (.vtt) transcript files as well as Markdown (.md) files via the Gaige Menu “New Signal” flow, making it easier to turn Zoom and other meeting transcripts into structured customer insight.
Suggested field values
Suggested values now better respect valid field formats, and backend validation messages are shown in the form so users can understand and correct any potential errors.
Imports
The Imports list has been aligned with the current CustomerGauge interface style, while retaining the design and functionality users already know. The display of drilldowns which are no longer available has also been made more clear.
Survey Record Page
Users can now maximize and minimize the Questions card in the bottom-right of the page by using the new icon in the top-right corner of that card, making the response details for longer surveys with more additional questions easier to visualize.
Manage Survey Records
The Filter Settings section now includes an 'is not' operator, giving System Administrators more control when narrowing survey-record selections for managing.
Workflow Rules
Users can now edit and translate the full Workflow Rules content area, including headers and button text, for a more consistent localized experience.
Gaige Chat Reliability
More complex Gaige Chat requests now have additional processing time, reducing occurrences of timeouts while longer-term performance improvements continue.
Survey Suite Merge Tag Formatting
Merge tags in question text in Survey Suite can now use bold, italic, underline, and text-color formatting that persists into respondent and preview views.
Survey Link Previews
Campaign and Direct Link survey pages now provide clearer preview information when shared through services such as WhatsApp.

Signal Intelligence Output Structure
When no output structure is selected, Signal now follows the exact standard structure shown in the interface, rather than defaulting to the first available structure in the platform.
Manage Survey Records
Solved an issue where large batch updates could stop after approximately 3,000 records, leaving part of the selected batch unchanged.
Solved an issue where new records uploaded during an in-progress bulk deletion could also be removed. Bulk deletion now affects only the records that existed when the job began.
Topics
Solved an issue where the Manage Topics page displayed the Topic label instead of the reporting label in the list.
Close the Loop API
Solved an issue where an unexpected date parameter could produce an error when updating Close the Loop records via API.
Exports
Solved an issue that prevented non-response exports from working, both via the non-response widget and non-response search.
Gaige Chat
Solved several minor visual and navigation issues in chat history and New Chat, eliminating unexpected screen jumps and preventing previously selected conversations from inadvertently loading behind a new chat session.
Manual Resend Errors
Solved an issue where manually re-sent survey invitations could incorrectly appear as failed, even after having been successfully retried.
Incoming Webhooks
Restored the missing copy icon for webhook URLs, usernames, and passwords so the available copy action is clearly visible.
