6 Feature Improvements
Signal Intelligence
Source Content on Survey Record Page: Users can now see source content from the Survey Record Page for records created by the new Signal Intelligence Agent, making it easier to review the raw data behind a Signal.
Output Structure Format: The Output Structure preview when creating a New Signal now previews the survey questions in the same order that they appear in the survey, and shows all questions, without needing to click a collapsed menu to see more, in cases when the Output Structure is longer.
Imports and Email Delivery
Proactive Bounce Detection: CustomerGauge now checks likely undeliverable email addresses before sending them to AWS, marks obvious bounce cases earlier, and exposes clear rejection reasons on import failures and integration or API errors.
Gaige Chat and AI Settings
Provider-Neutral AI Privacy Messaging: AI Privacy confirmation pop-up modals now use generic AI partner wording and styling consistency improvements have been applied.
Improved Drilldowns in Gaige Chat: Gaige Chat now more consistently applies drilldowns where available, so users can move from a number in a response from the chat to the underlying data more reliably.
Platform Loading States
Cleaner Loading Experience: Removed a continuous loading bar or circle that could stay visible unnecessarily, reducing visual noise while users work, and preventing confusion by making a page look like it was still loading when, in fact, it had already long since finished loading.

Solved an issue where Scheduled Email Reports recipients were not updated when one existing recipient had been deactivated.
Solved an issue where Scheduled Email Reports did not consistently get sent for Reports with over 20 Recipients.

Solved an issue where the NPS Pivot Table widget displayed 0 instead of a dash (-) when there was no NPS data to be displayed.
Solved an issue where a login dashboard could become extremely slow or crash when a Comments widget contained over 50 comments with Topics.
