CustomerGauge v6.18 Release Notes - Released 17 June 2026

1 New Feature

Signal Responses

Signal Responses opens a new frontier for turning real customer evidence into structured survey intelligence. Instead of waiting for a traditional survey response, teams can start from source material such as transcripts, call summaries, email threads, support conversations, or copied text, and create a signal-rich response record that can be scored, analyzed, governed, and explored inside CustomerGauge. It gives teams a faster path from raw customer voice to usable customer intelligence, with enough product structure to make the output actionable rather than just another summary. As an added bonus, it can also help you prevent survey fatigue, by saving the explicit survey invites for the “key moments” while using Signal to gather the intelligence for everything in between.

  • Start from evidence, not a blank survey: Users can upload a source file or paste text into a guided Signal Responses import flow, which will automatically create survey records based on the input.

  • Turn unstructured input into stronger data: Segment value identification, calibrated NPS scoring, and expanded long-comment handling help richer source material become usable survey intelligence.

  • Keep the evidence visible: The original source content can be seen from the survey record page

  • Signal Responses can be used as a Delivery Vector filter and group-by option, and they do not impact system duplication rules.

  • Supported by Manual Imports (bulk operations), Single Record on-demand from Gaige menu, and also our PUT Single Record API (Signal).

4 Feature Improvements

Comment Analysis Topics

  • Suggested Topics now shows example comments for each Suggested Topic, to help teams inspect the source data behind a discovered theme before deciding whether to promote the Topic or not. The example comments are also clickable and bring you directly to the survey response page containing the comment, for further information!

Gaige Chat

  • Enhanced the tool descriptions available to Gaige Chat to optimize Gaige’s process of answering certain User questions.

User Management

  • Editable Email for SSO Users: Admins can now update the email address for SSO users when those users’ email addresses in their identity provider have changed, helping preserve the connection to the correct user profile.

Surveys and Localization

  • The Unsubscribe message for Czech has been updated to a more natural language.
